Then I turn it into something you'll actually open — an interactive system, not a static report. You should understand your own business faster than you can explain it to someone else.
I use AI to cross-check facts and speed up the build — every output is reviewed and decided by me before it ships. And where a number can't be checked against a source, your system says so instead of quietly showing it anyway.

I'm Jānis — Latvian, working from Brighton. I turn messy business data into systems people actually open. How long does a system take to build?
A small single-purpose tool can be done in a day. A CRM or a full application takes weeks. You get an exact number when we scope the project — not a generic 'it depends'.
Who owns the code once it's built?
You do. You get the code and access to the platforms it runs on — the exact handover (repos, accounts, documentation) is fixed in the scope we agree before I start.
Can I get updates or new features later?
Yes — as follow-on work, scoped and priced separately. Nothing here is subscription-based; you decide project by project.
What happens if something breaks?
You email me. I reply within 24 hours, and because you have the code and platform access, nothing is locked in a black box.
Why not just use Excel or Notion?
For a lot of businesses, you should — if it still fits in your head, it's the right tool and it's free. It stops fitting when the sheet only records what happened, when nothing moves unless someone remembers to move it, and when you're the thing connecting two sheets. A system does that part for you. That's the only reason to replace something that works.
Why not just use an off-the-shelf SaaS dashboard tool?
Off-the-shelf tools are built for an imagined average user. Yours is built around your actual data and workflow, costs nothing monthly, and you own it — a SaaS subscription never becomes yours.
How do you handle data security and GDPR?
Your system runs on your own accounts — hosting and database live with you, not on my infrastructure. The contact form on this site is the only thing that touches mine; see the privacy page.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your actual data (or a representative sample), a short call to confirm the brief, and answers to a few scoping questions. No design brief or spec document required — that's my job.
What are the payment terms?
50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery. Invoiced from the UK (sole trader) — in EUR, GBP or your currency. One project, one price, agreed before I start building.
